The 2011 Greenbank Show Ute Muster

Saturday 5th March 2011

  1. The Queensland Chamber of Agricultural Societies ( QCAS ) official 2011 Ute Muster Series, a qualifying event for the State Final held in Brisbane at the RNA Exhibition in August.

    QCAS GROUP ‘A’ CLASSES

  1. BEST STREET UTE (a QCAS qualifying Class ). True to make with customising (incls. painting, lowering, exhaust, engine, wheels); added accessories (incls. sound system, visual system and body kit); interior and exterior presentation; history of Ute (built or bought); overall presentation of vehicle. (NO running lights or overhead lights, bull bars or nudge bars).
  2. BEST B&S UTE (a QCAS qualifying Class ). Best representative, evidence of having attended a B & S Ball (badges, stickers etc.); added accessories (bull bars, nudge bars, driving lights, spotlights, flags, aerials etc.); interior and exterior presentation, history of Ute (built or bought), overall presentation of vehicle, may incorporate other Classes.
  3. BEST CHICKS UTE (a QCAS qualifying Class ). Best presented female owner Ute. True to make, added accessories, interior and exterior presentation, history of Ute (built or bought), overall presentation of vehicle with feminine touches.

    QCAS GROUP ‘B’ CLASSES

  4. BEST 4X4 UTE (a QCAS qualifying Class ). Best representation of 4x4 Utes, in constant use or part time 4 wheel drive, accessories added, interior and exterior presentation and overall presentation of vehicle.
  5. BEST FERAL UTE (a QCAS qualifying Class ). The real character Utes - dings and dents and all, with stickers, accessories, bullbar, antennae or remnants thereof.
  6. BEST WORK UTE (a QCAS qualifying Class )All makes and models, toolboxes, accessories, signage, proof of occupation etc..

To enter any of the classes above, QCAS qualifying Classes, competitors MUST complete a :

  1. Nomination Fees

    Nominations Fees for the event are as follows:-

    • $10.00 nomination fee per vehicle, which includes entry to one (1) Class
    • Other Classes may be entered for an additional $5.00 per Class
  2. Lodgement of Entry forms

    Please mail entry Forms with payment by Cheque or Money Order made out to :
     “Greenbank Agricultural and Industrial Show Society Inc” and marked “Not Negotiable”

    Entry Forms should be sent to the above address by Tuesday 1st March 2011.
    Late entries accepted up until the day of competition.

  3. Presentation of Vehicle

    Competitors are to enter at the Teviot Road Main Gate keeping to the extreme right hand side of the entry road (with extreme caution of the public entering the grounds on foot) on the day of judging. Vehicles will be directed to the Judging/Display area and all competitors must have their Ute on site and report to the Chief Ute Muster Steward by 9.30 am. on Saturday 5th March 2011. Nominations close at 10.00am.
  1. Entry Costs to the Show Grounds

    A competing vehicle and the driver will be admitted to the Greenbank Showgrounds free of charge but all passengers in or on the vehcile must pay normal show entry fees:
